MILACTIVE is an activewear brand built by women, for women. Women who lift, run, stretch and show up — physically, mentally, unapologetically. We believe every woman deserves to feel strong in her body and confident in her kit.

MILACTIVE was created to support women through every kind of movement — strength, stretch, recovery and the everyday in between. Our pieces are designed to celebrate power and femininity in equal measure, with fabrics and fits engineered for the way you actually train.

Our founder story
"I want every woman to feel the way activewear should make her feel — strong, supported, completely herself."
MILACTIVE was founded after years of searching for activewear that felt as good as it looked. Frustrated by the gap between performance and femininity, our founder began customising her own kit — and quickly realised she wasn't alone. What started as a personal project became a brand built around one belief: when women feel powerful in what they wear, they show up differently in the world.
