How to return

  1. Start your return in the account area or via our returns portal.
  2. Print the prepaid label and drop off at any partner location.
  3. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt.

What can I return?

Unworn, unwashed items with original tags, within 30 days of delivery. Sale items can be returned for store credit only. Underwear and swim are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Start an exchange in the portal — we'll hold your replacement and only charge if your return isn't received within 14 days.
